- There is a new configuration file called sterm.ini so that users are able to
modify the colors and the on-screen keyboard.
- Screenshots are saved with unique names.
- SELECT + L BUTTON loads configuration file at runtime.

- Pressing SELECT + VOLUME UP inserts Escape.
